The reason on why we wrote 'Crap With Style' is because of one day when Ms Praba said it to us , and thus , it became our qoute.
YAY! WE WON! We really should have left the shield in school... ;) So I'm better now after a very loooooong self-reflection. I realised that it really wasn't our fault because we tried our best. I mean, at least we got through to the second round and the third! Also it was really close, so... Firstly, congrats to the SPAZTASTICAL WINNERS OF NYPSL- Heidi & Group and Vernice, Jamie and Sabrina. Y'all were awesome... and did you guys realise you were the only people who got 10s? Secondly, to PLT- POETRY LIKE THIS for doing Sec One ld proud and achieving SILVER(or BRONZE... I don't know which one)!!!!!!!!! Where is Vivian? He missed Vivian. ;) And to Hillary, Laura and thier gang and Charitians- Y'all were so awesome! It was really close and remember, WE WIN AS A SCHOOL! It was quite obvious that we were a very united ld. I mean, we screamed and screamed... I screamed and scream till I got myself a really bad case of sore throat... Hehe. There's always a next year(or September... there's another comp, I think)! Jia you! :D And thanks to all our supporters! We couldn't have done it without you. And to the teachers-in-charge and coaches- you are the most awesome people ever! And I'm really sorry for all my crying fits and stuff... Hehe... Actually, when I got off stage, I felt like crying too... But of joy and pride. I can't BELIEVE I actually remembered those darn lines I kept forgetting! I was so nervous and I almost forgot them- but I didn't. And I was so happy. And what Sarah missed out on her post: We saw SQUIRRELS(sp?)!!!!!!! I was freaking out when I heard something moving on our way to Mac's... I thought it was some guy waiting to ambush us or something... But it wasn't! It was a cutesy little creature! And then we saw two... And Vanessa said it was actually three... Still not sure. Then we forgot to bring along the winner's shield and got off the bus to get it. Ms P said it was a sign... AND IT WAS! During lunch, we took some postcards!!! :)) Then, during our perfomance of Fast Forward... My mike was extremly short and I had to bend down to talk... Because we switched positions... :(( ... All in all, it was a great experience. I loved it and learnt a lot of stuff. I will probably join lit wing next year... And the best part is... WE GOT OUR LD SHIRTS! :)))))) ~Sim
